1. Services Provided

Math Fitz-You Tutoring provides private tutoring services for middle school, high school, and test preparation, both in-person and online. Services are scheduled in advance through the booking system and confirmed upon payment.

2. Scheduling and Cancellation Policy

  • Sessions must be scheduled through the online booking system.
  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session.
  • Sessions canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be charged in full at the tutor’s discretion.
  • No-shows will be charged in full.

3. Payments

  • Payments are due in advance at the time of booking unless alternative arrangements have been made.
  • Accepted forms of payment include credit card, debit card, or other payment methods offered on the booking platform.

4. Session Policies

  • Students are expected to arrive on time and be prepared.
  • Parents/guardians are encouraged to communicate academic concerns or goals to help customize the tutoring sessions.

5. Refund Policy

  • Refunds for prepaid packages may be issued on a prorated basis for unused sessions if requested prior to the start of the remaining sessions.
  • No refunds will be issued for missed or completed sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability

Math Fitz-You Tutoring makes no guarantees regarding specific academic outcomes. Tutoring is intended to supplement student learning and improve academic understanding, but results may vary.

7. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website.
